How Does Clinical Hypnotherapy Work?
You may not realise it, but you have already been in a trance thousands of times in your life, maybe in the mornings when you are just waking up and are hovering around somewhere between your dreams and the reality of the new day, or perhaps when you are daydreaming and you drift away to some fantasy. When you go into trance, you slow down the activity of the "conscious" part of your mind, so that your thought processes become clear and uncluttered.
