MP3 Downloads
MP3 files are made available for you to download within seconds of your payment being processed.  All MP3 Downloads are delivered as two files, one containing important introductory information and the other containing the Hypnotherapy itself.  As soon as your payment has been processed, instructions will appear on your screen letting you know how to download your MP3 files. You will also receive an email giving the same information. In the unlikely event that you experence any technical problems with the download, please contact us.

CDs
All CD orders are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being authorised.  CDs are delivered to you inside the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class and should arrive within 48 hours.  Outside of the UK, CDs are delivered by Royal Mail Small Packet Service and arrival times vary depending on the destination country.  The delivery cost is £2.50 per CD for delivery within the UK, and £4.50 per CD for delivery anywhere outside of the UK.


Our Insomnia Products
All of our Insomnia Products are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being authorised.  If you purchase the Deep Sleep CD or The Eryn Galen Lavender and Hop Sleep Pillow individually, they will be delivered to you inside the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class Post and should arrive within 48 hours of being dispatched.  Outside of the UK, these products are delivered by Royal Mail Small Packet Service and the delivery time varies depending on the country of destination. The delivery cost for these items is £2.50 per item for delivery within the UK, and £4.50 per item for delivery anywhere outside of the UK.

If you purchase The Sound Asleep Pillow or The Ultimate Insomnia Cure Kit, your purchase will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post and should arrive within 3 working days within the UK.  Outside of the UK delivery times vary depending on the destination country.  The delivery cost for these items is £6.38 per item for delivery within the UK, and £8.38 per item for delivery anywhere outside of the UK.
