This simple yet ingenious pillow allows you to listen to any of our Hypnotherapy CDs or Downloads without the need for headphones or earphones. You simply plug your CD player, MP3 player or ipod directly into the pillow and the recording comes through the pillow, directly into your ears.

The sound quality is excellent and yet should be almost inaudible for anyone sharing your bed. The pillow is very comfortable and is of standard size, so that although it cannot be washed, it can be protected with any standard pillow case.
