......I had tried giving up smoking using patches, gum, will-power, plastic inhilators.  Nothing worked!  I had heard of friends going to visit hypnotists but it had cost them hundreds of pounds and I honestly didn't think that hypnotherapy would work for me.  When I saw your Stop Smoking CD I thought it was worth having a go because it was so much cheaper than actually going to see a hypnotist.  I lay there listening to the CD thinking that it wasn't working because I didn't think that I was in a trance. .......I bought your CD to help me lose weight and found it very useful.  I only needed to lose about half a stone, which I managed, but more importantly it stopped my cravings which had been driving me mad!  I used to listen to it in bed at night and noticed that it really helped me drop off to sleep, which was a real blessing because I have suffered from insomnia for years.  So I decided ot buy your insomnia cd too so that I didn't always have to listen to you telling me to eat slowly!  Now I keep it by my bed and turn it on every time I feel I'm struggling to sleep.  Please make another insomnia one so I can have a bit of variety at bedtime!  Thanks.  PS You've got a great voice too.  I had a relaxation cd from another hypnotist and his voice was so irritating I couldn't listen to it!  Your voice just makes me want to go to sleep!....... .......Your relaxation cd at first just got added to my pile after christmas.  It's what my husband always buys me because he knows I like being hypnotised.  After a few weeks just lying there I listened to it and its the best one in the pile - much better than the others because Alex Gorringe has got such a smooth voice that just makes you melt and release all your tensions.  It's brilliant.  Can you do another relaxation one please because I listen to it loads and would like another story to hear..........
